These Terms govern your use of the Growth OS platform (“Service”) operated by SIGMAINTENT TECHNOLOGIES LLP. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Growth OS lets businesses manage customer conversations, run campaigns, and use AI assistance across messaging channels including the WhatsApp Business Platform.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. You must have authority to bind the business you represent.
You agree to comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy. In particular: you must obtain valid opt-in consent before messaging contacts, must not send spam or prohibited content, and must honor opt-outs. You are responsible for the content you send and for your contacts’ consent.
You are responsible for your own WhatsApp Business Account, phone number, message templates, and any fees Meta charges for messaging. You must keep your messaging quality in good standing per Meta’s rules.
Paid plans are billed as described at sign-up. Messaging charges levied by Meta/WhatsApp are separate and billed to your connected WhatsApp Business Account unless stated otherwise.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and our Data Deletion Instructions. You retain ownership of your business and customer data; you grant us the rights needed to operate the Service for you.
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or Meta’s policies. You may stop using the Service at any time and request data deletion.
